Véronique Goncalves has been a member of the Paris Bar for 20 years. She has developed solid expertise in business law and commercial litigation, particularly in the OHADA area.‍

Véronique Goncalves assists ETI/PME and PMI companies, as well as major groups, with their projects.A registered arbitrator with the CCJA (Abidjan) and CIAM (Lomé), Véronique Goncalves acts in this capacity in complex international disputes.  

Gifted with advanced skills in business ethics and CSR, Véronique Goncalves is a Member of the Scientific Committee of the University Diploma in International Compliance and Business Ethics and of the Steering Committee of the Chair in Business Ethics: Compliance, ESG and Sustainability Reporting at the Catholic University of Lille (FLD).

Véronique Goncalves is a trainer for Lefebvre Dalloz Compétences - Comundi and EFE (company law, contract law).
