Member of the Paris Bar, Amélie Giuliani-Viallard has been practicing Business Law in both Europe and Asia since 2004. From 2009 to 2015, she was working in Seoul and joined Elysée Avocats as a partner in 2018.

She assists corporate clients in their operations in Europe, Asia and Africa as well as in their cross-border projects, focusing her practice on legal structuring, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances and partnerships between companies on those three continents.

Her extensive experience in Corporate Law and M&A in an international and multicultural business environment allowed her to develop a solid expertise in corporate governance, business ethics and compliance-related issues to assist her clients in navigating and thriving in a competitive and challenging environment.

Amelie Giuliani-Viallard’s practical and business-focused approach of risk assessment and management – including drafting and implementing compliance programs and conducting M&A compliance audits and due diligence, as well as her expertise in crisis management are well-known and highly appreciated.

She participates in conferences and provides trainings to corporate representatives and employees on business ethics and compliance-related matters.
