Joseph Kamga

Joseph Kamga has extensive experience in Business Law and Business practice in the OHADA area.

Well connected in the business community of the OHADA area, he followed the reforms of several OHADA Uniform Acts and used to support as Business Consultant companies in this area.

As an Arbitrator, Joseph is Member of the Arbitration Center of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA (CCJA – Ivory Coast).

He frequently delivers training seminars on behalf of various organisations, public intitutions or African associations that promote Economic Law.

He is the author of numerous publications and articles on Business and Commercial Litigation as well as Arbitration Law, Corporate Law, Securities Law, Insolvency Law, and Energy Law.

Joseph is a lecturer at the University Abou Moumouni in Niamey (Legal practice and Notarial practice of commercial corporations, Banking Law).

Member of the Institut International de Droit d’Expression et d’Inspiration Françaises (IDEF) and Member of the Association pour l’Unification du Droit en Afrique (UNIDA – OHADA.COM).
